Silvertown (Kingston University 1999-2000)
This project investigated the urban condition of Silvertown, a somewhat isolated working class community based in some 1960s housing, situated at the very edge of London close to City Airport, seeking simultaneously to intensify the sense of urbanity of the estate, and its liminal condition on the cusp of The Green Belt.
