On June 17th 2020 Patrick Lynch talked about the idea of "civic architecture" that emerged from his PhD work in relation to a number of projects in London: Westminster Coroner's Court for Westminster City Council; Kings Gate, an apartment building for Landsec next to Westminster City Hall on Victoria Street; and 3 blocks of flats in Hoxton for Hackney Council.
