We have gained planning approval and consent to modify a Grade 2 Listed 19th century Threshing Barn and two smaller structures, turning them into a dwelling for a landscape designer. The project might be said to be a barn "non-conversion", as the aim is to retain as much of the existing structure as possible, creating a series of new gardens. Three new black metal structures sit inside the largest of the three existing black timber structures.
