'Fairbank Estate granted Planning Consent'

Our scheme for the Fairbank Estate in Hoxton for Hackney Council was unanimously granted planning consent on 20th January 2021.
We are replacing a 1960s car park structure and 76 car spaces with 73 new flats. Construction will start on site this autumn and be complete in 2014.
